Are you working for a media, film or game production company? Besides our ready-to-use IR-packs that are available in our web shop, our custom IR service can bring the real acoustic characteristics of a physical set location to your production. IR-files are of highest quality to use and implement with other audio in the post production process.
This will make the workflow easier, faster and minimize unpleasant situations like reshoots and faking the environmental sound at post production stage with audio plugins. Instead you will have the sound and reverberation of the set location captured with you on a hard drive back in the studio, where you can implement it in your post production.
Every day we go more and more into an immersive world where the high demands of true captures and small details make a difference and increase the overall experience for the end user. Whether it is the reverberation of a large church, old cave, airplane or a WW2-tank - we can capture it.
We strongly believe that in many scenarios the use of custom made convolution reverb IR-files can help to enhance the overall experience. Taking the user one step closer to the ”real thing” and a far more realistic experience.
We (almost) exclusively use the logarithmic sweep method with top quality speakers and microphones. This provides the most accuracy and quality to the files, and also gives a great signal-to-noise ratio. We believe that this is the best method existing today.
We can capture and deliver IR-files in audio formats such as: true stereo, binaural, or even Dolby Atmos and third order ambisonics. We also offer traditional recorded ambience audio of the locations as a compliment for the IR-files and high quality pictures including 360 degree photos of the locations, if needed.
We deliver the IR-files in high quality wav formats to use with any convolver plugin of choice. We can also make IR-files for specific plugins such as Audio Ease Altiverb.
